Breakfast at the Tann: No better way to start the day

A feast for the senses! The breakfast buffet in the Tann: beautifully colourful, aromatically savoury and difficult to put into words. Everything homemade, fragrant and crisp, warm and fresh. A wake-up experience that you’ve always dreamed of. Our advice: take your time. Enjoy.

BREAKFAST AT THE FOREST HOTEL TANN

Natural vitality for breakfast: Temptation can be so healthy

Admittedly: mornings at the Hotel Tann traditionally begin with a small feat of strength. You need to exercise some self-control just to avoid grabbing one of the crispy loaves fresh from the oven and biting straight into it. Or sticking your index finger into the middle of the homemade spreads and jams. And what is served every morning between the panelled farmhouse parlour Anno 1881 and the ‘Tannorama’ terrace? Just about everything that South Tyrolean nature has to offer and the unbridled creativity of the chef allows: daily homemade bread, jams with birch sugar and natural compotes following grandma’s recipe, yoghurt, muesli and porridges, a variety of spreads – sweet, savoury or untamed forest fresh. Plus, locally sourced select quality produce: Honey straight from the honeycomb, apple juice from the Hoterhof farm, eggs from the Buchhütterhof farm. And if you like, you can start the day with a health cure: detox mountain pine water and a natural immune power juice are available.
