• Monday: In harmony with nature - guided forest therapy with our therapist Alexandra
• 1 sunrise hike with yoga on the mountain and breakfast at the alpine hut
• Daily varied yoga programme with Andrea Wimmer from gentle to dynamic
• 3 yoga units with Andrea Wimmer (2 hours of yoga per day, 3 days per week)
• Mindfulness exercises with Andrea
• Relax in our wellness area "Pinus Mugo" - in the spirit of mountain pine - with various saunas such as a bread bath, Brechelbad, Zirbenstüberl and the outdoor sauna Silva
• New Tannoramic pool with cold brine water and sunbathing on the sunbathing lawn
• New bubble bath in the wooden barrel in the Tann park
• Light relaxation room with unique view to the Dolomites
