With all our heart and commitment we have taken all precautions to offer our guests and employees the highest possible protection and safety with regard to COVID-19.
We have adapted our cancellation conditions to make it easier for you to plan your trip. For your reservations in 2021, you can therefore modify and postpone existing or new reservations free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, if there are travel restrictions or legal measures concerning a trip to South Tyrol. Should all restrictions and measures connected with Covid-19 be cancelled and unrestricted travel be possible again, our general Tann cancellation conditions will apply again.

The safety of everyone is very important to us. For this reason, from 10 October, the Green Pass must be presented at check-in for stays at Hotel Tann. The pass can be presented in digital or paper form.

Convenient registration and check-in in advance. Pre-check-in is possible online via the corresponding link in your reservation confirmation. Alternatively, you can send us a copy of your identity card in advance.
If you wish, we will deposit your keys for you to collect yourself.
Hygiene and security measures
The health of our guests and our employees is close to our heart and is our greatest concern. In addition to the legal regulations, we have implemented additional comprehensive hygiene standards in all areas of our hotel.
- We provide disinfectants and face masks in the room for you
- Sufficient disinfection stations are available in all areas
- Public areas are disinfected several times a day, thus intensifying our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The disinfection processes are always logged.
Our employees are continuously trained to maintain these high standards and are equipped with appropriate protective clothing.
We ask our kind guests to observe the obligation to wear a mouth and nose protection mask in the public areas, if a minimum distance of 2 meters cannot be guaranteed. Self-service disinfectant dispensers are available throughout the house.
Our house is situated on a beautiful spot in the middle of a clearing and surrounded by extensive meadows and the pine forest.
In our unique forest park, which we have expanded and beautified for you again this year, you will find your own personal space. Numerous niches and special retreats invite you to relax.
The safety distance is taken into account accordingly in all indoor & outdoor areas of the house.
Forest culinary delights
In our dining room, the bar and lobby, as well as on our spacious terrace, the minimum distance provided is observed. For the duration of your stay, your personal table is at your disposal in the restaurant. The food is served in different rooms as well as on the terrace, so that everyone has enough space.
From the Tann gourmet breakfast to Barbara's forest culinary delights, we spoil you with an all-round service at your table. For enjoyment in absolute privacy we offer you our room service at no extra charge.
Also for a breakfast picnic in the midst of nature is everything ready (on pre-booking). We will also reveal the most beautiful power places at the house and in the near surroundings.
Wellness & Active
Our Tannorama pool and the numerous indoor and outdoor relaxation areas are open daily. A safety distance of 2 metres is guaranteed for all loungers in the entire wellness area and on the lawn.
Treatments and massages for relaxation are carried out in compliance with the strictest safety measures.
All our saunas are open for your personal moments of relaxation.
Due to the current situation we have intensified our cleaning processes and implemented an additional control system in all areas. If you wish, you can cancel the service of daily room cleaning.
We will be happy to send you the invoice in the early morning of your departure by e-mail for cross-checking. On request, the invoice can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
