Good to know
- Our arrival and departure days are Sunday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Surcharge for single person in double room on request.
- There can be used only one reduction.
- Rooms and suites are available from 3.00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Reservations are binding only after having made a deposit.
- Dogs and pets upon request: € 65.00 for animals per day without food, (bring your own dog blanket and basket please). Liability insurance required. For hygienic reasons, your four-legged friends have no access to our spa, sunbathing area next to the pool, relax rooms, dining room and buffet area. It is not possible to bring more than 1 dog per room.
We have to possibility to accept a limited quantity of rooms where dogs may enter. In case this rooms are fully booked it won't be possible to offer other rooms, where dogs may not enter. In case of an arrival with dog without registration the hotel has the possibility to cancel the booking if there should be more availabilty of rooms for dogs - Allergies, intolerances and special diets (vegan): Our forest kitchen staff creates varied menus with 5 courses for you every day, with choices and vegetarian dishes. We are also happy to make changes and personalize own menus regarding allergies, intolerances and special diets (vegan). Please note that in this case (creating your personal menu) there is a surcharge of € 15 per person per day. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for coeliac patients as the necessary facilities are not available. Notification of dietary specialities will be made at the time of reservation.
- Please note that we are a non-smoking house. It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, on the balcony or on the terrace. We have created a beautiful smoking area in front of the hotel entrance.
