- We recommend Saturday, Sunday or Thursday as arrival and departure days. Should you prefer to arrive or depart on a different weekday, please do not hesitate to inform us — we will be pleased to check possible alternatives upon request.
- Surcharge for single person in double room on request.
- There can be used only one reduction.
- Rooms and suites are available from 3.00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Reservations are binding only after having made a deposit.
- We would like to inform you that as of May 2026, we will no longer be able to accommodate dogs or other pets in our hotel. This decision was not an easy one for us, as we love animals. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to focus our offering exclusively on guests without pets going forward. For your holiday with pets, we recommend sending an inquiry to Bad Siess.
- Allergies, intolerances and special diets (vegan): Our forest kitchen staff creates varied menus with 5 courses for you every day, with choices and vegetarian dishes. We are also happy to make changes and personalize own menus regarding allergies, intolerances and special diets (vegan). Please note that in this case (creating your personal menu) there is a surcharge of € 15 per person per day. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for coeliac patients as the necessary facilities are not available. Notification of dietary specialities will be made at the time of reservation.
- Please note that we are a non-smoking house. It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, on the balcony or on the terrace. We have created a beautiful smoking area in front of the hotel entrance.
