Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your stay up to 21 days before arrival is free of charge.
In case of cancellation of the stay 14 days before arrival 50% of the invoice amount has to be paid.
If you cancel your stay less than 14 days before arrival 100% of the invoice amount has to be paid.
The cancellation policy is part of the accomodation contract and is valid for guests and host.

Trip cancellation insurance
Before a trip, an unforeseen ocurrence can happen, with our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. If you take a booked hotel stay late or not at all or break it off betimes, cancellation charges can be redeemed.
