Fresh dishes from the Tann kitchen

Take a seat in the bright Tann dining room with 180° panorama or in the new conservatory with it's magnificent view of the Schlern, Seiser Alm, Rosengarten, Latemar and a wide variety of other mountain peaks. Or you can sit comfortably in our old 1881 farmhouse room - Enjoy the table set with loving care, the cosy atmosphere, choice wines and deliciously prepared delicacies - welcome!

Barbara, the hotel owner, chooses with great care the ingredients for the Tann kitchen. The dishes are prepared principally with fresh ingredients, in the summer month the vegetalbes come in part from directly from the Tann garden and from the gardens of local farmers. Also the healthy herbs come directly from the Tann herb garden or from good suppliers - it tastes good!

The Tann chef prepares gluten free dishes so that our guests with coeliac disease can relax and enjoy their food - but our guests with very personal needs and habits have to communicate them to our chef. The guest is in charge of the decision. Personal medical attendance report has to be presented at the arrival day.
